Refund policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with the original packaging along with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at sales@thaipantry.com.au to arrange your return or exchange.
You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective Products to us or the manufacturer.
Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
